Roles & Responsibilities Handling office. Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Managing office operations, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, Preparing reports, presentations, and briefings. Maintaining accurate and organized records, files, and databases. Creating and implementing documentation and filing systems. Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Skills Having good knowledge of MS office, excellent organizational, multitasking abilities and communication skill.
