Job Specification We are seeking a Manager – Asset Management to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing aircraft data transitions and ensuring compliance with OEM and lessor documentation standards. This role requires strong coordination, documentation, and audit skills, along with a sound understanding of aviation asset management practices.
Roles & Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end aircraft asset and technical records management, ensuring data accuracy, configuration control, and complete lifecycle traceability. * Manage aircraft induction, transition, and redelivery documentation in full compliance with OEM, regulatory, and lessor requirements. * Oversee aircraft data migration, validation, reconciliation, and governance to ensure integrity and audit readiness of all asset records. * Ensure continuous regulatory and lessor compliance by leading internal, external, and lessor audits and closure of findings. * Act as the primary liaison with lessors, OEMs, MROs, and internal stakeholders for all aircraft records and asset-related matters. * Drive standardization, process improvement, and system enhancements for digital asset and records management practices. * Lead, mentor, and manage the aviation records team to meet quality, compliance, and timeline expectations. * Provide management reporting, risk assessment, and strategic support across the aircraft asset lifecycle.
Skills * Good understanding of aircraft technical records, configuration management, and asset lifecycle processes. * Working knowledge of aviation regulations (DGCA / EASA / FAA) and lessor documentation requirements. * Strong documentation control and data validation skills.
